Use your Tappin’ product
to collect Google reviews.
Your customer taps or scans, opens your Google Review link, and decides whether to leave a review. They need a Google Account to submit it.
1. Get your review link
Open your Google Business Profile, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Some versions show Ask for reviews. Copy the review link and check it in a private browser window.
Google’s guide to sharing your review link ↗2. Choose the format that fits
The current lineup is Tappin’ Card, Hub, Minihub, Minicard and Badge. Every new product supports NFC and a printed QR.
- Hub: a visible display for reception or checkout. Choose Standard or the smaller Minihub.
- Minicard: a compact tag for your phone or another everyday surface.
- Card: carry your reusable card wherever you meet customers.
- Badge: wear it at events. Choose Standard or Large.
Choose white, black or blue for Hub, Minihub, Minicard and Badge. Card keeps its existing design collection.
3. Activate and set the destination
When your product arrives, tap it or scan its QR and follow the activation steps. Choose a direct link and enter your Google Review URL. You can also choose a Tappin’ Page that includes your review link.
No paid Page subscription is required. You can change the destination in your account later, and both NFC and QR follow the update.
4. Test it with a customer’s phone
Hold a compatible NFC phone near the product, then open the notification. Also test the printed QR with a camera. Check that both reach the right business.
The customer chooses whether to submit a review. A tap does not write a review automatically, and Tappin’ does not guarantee ratings or review counts.

Already own a review card or stand?
The former platform-branded squares and stands are retired from new sales. Your existing product and order remain supported. Older directly programmed products keep their original link until reprogrammed or replaced. Existing managed platform products keep their original destination restrictions.
